Spa Scheduling
Please help us by being on time for your appointment. Our scheduling is designed to permit the maximum time needed. For your convenience, if you wish to change therapists at any time, our staff understands and encourages your appreciation of all our artists. We recommend that our guests schedule their next spa visit prior to leaving the spa. In order to ensure total relaxation and enhance treatment results, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to change into a robe and slippers, then relax and enjoy a beverage in our Quiet Room.
• When booking appointments, please inform our receptionist if you have any significant health issues or may be pregnant.
• Remember to request extra time between appointments if desired.
• Please note that all treatment times are approximate.
Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment, all guests will be asked to provide a credit card number or gift card number to reserve a room.
To ensure a higher availability of our services for you as well as others, we require a cancellation notice within 24 hours. Since your services are reserved for you personally, a 50% cancellation fee with less than 24 hour notice and a 100% charge for no shows will be applied to your credit card or applicable gift taken at time of booking.
*Please keep in mind that arriving more than 15 minutes late for a service may unfortunately result in rescheduling. We will do everything possible to accommodate you upon your arrival because we understand that things happen which you simply cannot control.
Return Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality products. We will exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, based on original form of payment. Must have original tag and receipt. NO RETURNS ON, OPEN PRODUCT, SERVICES, SERIES OR GIFT CARDS.
Gift Cards
REFINE DAY SPA is proud to offer you Gift Cards. Each card may be purchased in the denomination of your choice and is applicable toward any spa package, product or service. *Note: REFINE DAY SPA is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, or damaged or used without authorization. Gift Cards are valid for one full year from the date of purchase.
Gratuities are not included on Gift Cards. Promtional Gift Cards cannot be redemmed on purchases valued less than the face value of the card..
The spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. We appreciate you turning off your cell phone and speaking quietly while in the spa. REFINE DAY SPA enforces a strict no-smoking policy.
All services include complimentary refreshments.
For your convenience, we provide robes, slippers and terry garment lockers for your personal items.
Products used are available for purchase in the retail area.
Children
Please understand…our spa is not set up to accommodate children under the age of 13. For their safety and the comfort of our other spa guests, children under 13 years of age are not permitted without adult supervision.
Payment
We accept cash, check, Master Card and Visa.
Gratuities are not included in prices for any spa services or packages, and are not accepted on major credit cards.
Private Parties
If you have a group consisting of 2-5 people or party consisting of 6 people or more, please feel free to call or stop by to speak to our Spa Manager. We will work with you to arrange a special day to suit your personal desires and needs.
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for all requests.
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure reservations.. Balance is due 7 days prior to scheduled appointments.
Groups of 3-5 are required to give at least 72 hours notice in the event of a cancellation.
• All groups must have a credit card to secure reservations.
Promotions
Pricing is fixed based upon a specific combination of services. Changes to services will impact price. Promotional incentives can not be combined.
VIP VIP incentives do not apply to product purchases or special promotions.
